Seller identity

Legal seller of record: Jett Communications LLC. Support phone: 314-580-3455. Support email: dealmaker@amerishop.biz. Business mailing address: Mailing address provided with your return authorization. “Amerishop Store” is the storefront brand used for merchandise listed through this store. The legal seller identified here matches the seller identified at checkout, in the order confirmation, and on the payment statement.

1. Scope

This policy applies to physical merchandise purchased through the Amerishop Store storefront. Separate terms govern advertising services, comedy tickets and event bookings, directory or SEO subscriptions, and vehicle sales. Those items are not returnable under this merchandise policy. Their cancellation, refund, or other remedies, if any, are controlled by the terms disclosed for the specific product or service and applicable law.

For event tickets, a stated no-refund policy does not apply where the promoter cancels or reschedules an event and a refund is required by the applicable terms or law. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be waived, or excuses the Store from delivering merchandise as described.

2. Return authorization and time limits

For an eligible voluntary return, contact the Store at dealmaker@amerishop.biz or 314-580-3455 and request written return authorization (RMA) within 10 calendar days after delivery. Include the order number, the item to be returned, and the reason for the request. A return is not approved unless the Store issues written RMA instructions.

If approved, the item must be shipped using the instructions provided and received by the Store within 14 calendar days after the RMA is issued. Contact the Store before the deadline if a carrier delay may prevent timely delivery.

These time limits apply to voluntary returns and do not eliminate applicable rights or remedies for merchandise that is defective, damaged in transit, materially different from its description, or not delivered.

3. Condition requirements

Unless the Store approves otherwise in writing, an approved voluntary return must be: unused and undamaged; complete, with all original packaging, accessories, tags, manuals, and documentation; returned with serial numbers, labels, and security markings intact and unaltered; and consistent with the item shipped, including a matching recorded serial number where applicable.

The Store may inspect a returned item and deny a voluntary return or reduce the refund as permitted by law if the item is used, damaged, incomplete, altered, or does not match the item shipped. The Store will provide the customer with the reason for a denial or adjustment.

4. Restocking fee and shipping

An approved voluntary return that meets the condition requirements is subject to a 25% restocking fee, calculated on the item price before tax. The customer is responsible for return shipping. Outbound shipping is included in all item prices, with no separate shipping charge at checkout.

The restocking fee and voluntary-return shipping rules do not apply where applicable law requires a different remedy, or where the Store confirms that the item was damaged in transit, defective, materially misdescribed, or shipped in error. The Store will provide instructions for those cases.

5. Items excluded from voluntary returns

The following items are not eligible for voluntary returns or refunds, except where required by law or where the item is defective, damaged in transit, materially misdescribed, or the Store shipped the wrong item: clearance or clearly marked final-sale merchandise; personalized, customized, or made-to-order items; perishable or food products; opened hygiene or personal-care products; digital downloads; gift cards; event tickets and event bookings; advertising, directory, SEO, and other services; and vehicles.

The specific terms presented for a product or service may provide additional conditions. Review those terms before ordering.

6. Damaged, defective, wrong, or missing merchandise

Damaged on arrival: Contact the Store promptly and, if possible, within 48 hours of delivery. Provide the order number and clear photographs of the item, packaging, shipping label, and damage. Prompt notice helps the Store investigate with the carrier. Failure to report within 48 hours does not waive rights that cannot legally be waived.

Wrong item or material mismatch: Contact the Store promptly with the order number and photographs of the item and packaging. The Store will investigate and provide instructions for a correction or other available remedy.

Package marked delivered but not received: Contact the Store within 7 calendar days after the carrier marks the package delivered, provide the order number and a signed statement that the package was not received, and confirm the shipping address. The Store will review tracking and delivery records and, when appropriate, open a carrier investigation. This reporting request does not waive rights or remedies available under applicable law or payment-provider rules.

For online orders, the Store will comply with applicable shipment and delay-notice requirements. If the Store cannot ship within the time represented at purchase—or, where no time is stated, within the time required by applicable law—the Store will provide any required delay notice and cancellation/refund option.

7. Refunds

For an approved return, the Store will issue any approved refund to the original payment method, ordinarily within 10 business days after receiving and inspecting the item. The payment provider or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.

A voluntary return may be denied if it does not meet the applicable condition requirements. If the Store denies a voluntary return because the item is used, damaged, incomplete, altered, or has a serial-number mismatch, the customer may request return shipment of the item at the customer’s expense. The Store will provide a reasonable deadline and shipping instructions. If the customer does not respond, the Store will handle the item only as permitted by applicable law; it will not automatically treat the item as abandoned.

This section does not limit a customer’s rights concerning a defective, damaged, misdescribed, or undelivered item.

8. Order verification and fraud prevention

To help protect customers and the Store, the Store or its payment processor may use address verification (AVS), card security-code verification (CVV), risk screening, delivery confirmation, and signature-on-delivery services where appropriate. Payment credentials and security codes will be handled through the payment processor; the Store will not retain a card’s CVV after authorization.

The Store may photograph or video-record merchandise, packaging, shipping labels, and serial numbers before dispatch, and may retain tracking, delivery, and transaction records for legitimate order, fraud-prevention, and dispute-resolution purposes, subject to the Store’s privacy practices and applicable law.

The Store may decline or cancel an order where it has a good-faith basis to suspect unauthorized payment, identity misuse, or other fraud, subject to applicable law and payment-provider requirements. Fraud indicators, such as an IP address or device identifier, may be used or retained only as permitted by applicable privacy and consumer-protection law.

9. Payment disputes and chargebacks

Please contact the Store first if an order is late, missing, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise not as expected. The Store will review the issue and explain available options. Customers retain any rights they have under their cardholder agreement and applicable law to contact their card issuer or payment provider. This policy does not prohibit a customer from disputing a charge, require a customer to contact the Store before exercising a legal right, or alter card-network dispute rules.

The Store may respond to a payment dispute with relevant records, which may include order details, customer communications, product and packaging photographs or video, serial-number records, shipment tracking, delivery confirmation, and refund or return records. A dispute by itself will not be treated as proof of fraud.

Where the Store has evidence of intentional payment fraud or other unlawful conduct, it may take lawful steps to protect its interests, including reporting the matter to the payment provider or appropriate authorities. The Store will not threaten prosecution merely because a customer disputes a charge.

10. Unauthorized returns

Do not ship an item back without first obtaining written RMA instructions. An unauthorized return may be refused or held while the Store contacts the sender. An unauthorized shipment does not automatically qualify for a refund. The Store will notify the customer and provide a reasonable opportunity to arrange return shipment or obtain an RMA. Any unclaimed goods will be handled only as permitted by applicable law.

11. Contact

For return requests, order issues, or questions: Email dealmaker@amerishop.biz. Phone 314-580-3455. Mail: Mailing address provided with your return authorization. Include the order number in all communications.

12. Governing law

This policy is governed by Missouri law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except to the extent another jurisdiction’s nonwaivable consumer-protection law applies. Any court proceeding must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Callaway County, Missouri, subject to applicable consumer-protection laws and venue rules.
